The Corvina leisure complex in Hunedoara was opened in 2015 and has three pools of different depths and surfaces. It is located near the Michael Klein Stadium and has a capacity of 750 loungers. All those who choose to spend their hot summer days here, have at their disposal a bar, restaurant and terraces where they can cool off by consuming cold drinks and selected dishes.
Three pools of various sizes
The leisure complex has a total surface area of 2,000 square meters and includes three pools. The large swimming pool, which has irregular rounded shapes, covers an area of 1,284 square meters and a depth of 1.65 meters. This pool also has a jacuzzi area. The medium-sized pool, which also has irregular rounded shapes, has an area of 742 square meters and a depth of 1.45 meters, is equipped with three slides and a wave-generating system. The children’s pool, covering 110 square meters and built in the shape of Mickey Mouse, consists of three circular spaces with different diameters. The pool has three different levels of depth, respectively 90 centimetres, 70 centimetres and 50 centimetres. There is also a mushroom from which water flows, and the kids can sit under it. The pools are supplied with drinking water, each pool having its water supply, filtration and drainage system.
Bar and terrace
There is also a bar with a terrace and a mushroom bar in the middle of the large pool. A self-service restaurant is also present inside the pool, where those who wish can eat different dishes. Related activities such as public catering, outdoor shows, sports competitions or other activities can take place here.
The leisure complex is open from the first of June until the sixth of September.

Rates until 16:00
- adults – 20 Ron/day
- children over 6, students, retirees and unemployed – 11 Ron/day
After 16:00:
- adults – 11 Ron
- children over 6, students, retirees and unemployed – 11 Ron/day
During the winter the pool is closed.
